MICHAEL P. STRATIS – President & Owner

For over 5 years, Michael has assumed the leadership role as President and Owner of MPS Construction & Design where he has grown company revenues to exceed $6,800,000 annually. Specializing in Health Care, Institutional and Government construction, Michael brings to each project over 2 decades of Construction Management experience. Michael’s specialties include HVAC project management and field supervision. In addition to senior management responsibilities, Michael oversees Marketing and Business Development ensuring the company’s growth into the future.

RANDY FUTCH – Executive Vice President

With over 28 years of Senior and Executive level Construction Management and General Contractor experience, Randy currently serves as Executive Vice President for MPS Construction & Design.  Randy understands the delicate balance of P&L, Owner Contract Negotiations, Pre-Construction Services, Value Engineering, Project Cost Controls, Cost Forecasting and overall Contract Management. He directly oversee MPS’s Field Operations, Estimating/Pre-Construction Services, Financial/Accounting and Administration as well as assisting the President with Marketing and Business Development.
